Waste of Money and Non-Responsive Seller

They ask for an email before posting a bad review. Well its been almost 2 weeks and I havent received anything back, at all.

I sent them the following:
"I cannot filter or organize or view Comments or Star Rating. I purchased this to remove duplicates with high Star Ratings. Really... your program doesnt do anything for me others already do. Please let me know soon, I wont wait long but hope youll address it."

I asked them to fix the problem or refund my money; they have done neither along with a failure to respond. I did what they ask, pay them, complain to them before posting a bad review - and I have nothing but a worthless $5 program.

Please dont spend money on this worthless program.
